Caprilac is a full-bodied goat milk carefully spray dried at our own facilities
in Australia, direct from the farm. It is a healthy alternative to cow's milk
powder, Goat milk has a gentler protein and cream structure to cow milk making it
more easily digested.
It can be used in a wide variety of applications in the food industry. Full cream
goat milk powder is suitable for use in a wide variety of foods such as, for
example, dairy drinks and desserts, cheese, ice-cream, follow-on formulae,
nutritional supplements and tablets.
Caprilac whole milk powder is very easily mixed with water to make a clean and
fresh tasting milk.
Contains no additives.
"Why does Caprilac milk taste so good?" It is because we have dedicated and
modern farm dairies where the milk is immediately chilled and gently handled to
provide the highest quality.

Directions For Use
To make 1 glass of Natural Goat Milk mix 20g into 150ml of cold or warm water and
mix well
The CapriLac range of milk powders should be stored in air-tight containers, in a
cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once made, the milk must be kept refrigerated
(0 – 4°C) and consumed within one day.
